These Terms govern your use of roomrenovation.ai and the Room Renovation AI app, operated by Code Austral LLC (“Room Renovation AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Room Renovation AI lets you upload room images and generate AI-assisted renovation concepts. Outputs are visual concepts, not architectural, engineering, construction, safety, code-compliance, appraisal, or other professional advice. Verify measurements, materials, feasibility, permits, costs, and safety with qualified professionals before making real-world decisions.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may delete your account from the app; deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Your content
You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, process, and transform that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.
Generated results
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial projects. AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, or similar to results generated for others. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, registrable, non-infringing, buildable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Subscriptions, credits, and billing
Digital subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled under Apple’s policies.
Website checkout is separate from iOS billing and may be processed by Stripe or another displayed payment provider. Prices, renewal terms, included credits, and billing intervals shown at checkout are part of your purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire or reset according to the applicable plan. We may correct credits obtained through fraud, chargebacks, duplicate fulfillment, or technical error.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; upload content you do not have permission to use; generate exploitative, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful material; interfere with security or access controls; reverse engineer protected portions of the service; automate abusive traffic; resell access without authorization; or evade usage, credit, or payment limits.
Our intellectual property
The service, software, branding, interface, models, documentation, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only the limited right to use the service as provided.
Availability and changes
We may update features, presets, pricing for future purchases, or technical requirements. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, nonpayment, or legal compliance. We will honor paid subscription access as required by applicable law and platform rules.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Renovation AI and Code Austral LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Apple terms
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the licensed application, the applicable Apple terms control.
