This page records how RoomRenovation is operated, how its guides are written and corrected, what a paid plan includes, and how to reach a person. Last reviewed 22 October 2026.
Who operates the site
RoomRenovation is a product of CodeAustral LLC. The company publishes the planner, the renovation guides, the pricing and these policies. The studio assistants shown in the product are AI assistants; they are not employees, surveyors, architects or contractors, and they do not attend a property.
Product, billing, editorial and privacy questions go to hello@roomrenovation.ai. Billing and account questions can also use support@roomrenovation.ai. We do not publish a telephone support line, and we do not use a chatbot for paid support.
Editorial policy
The guides are written for homeowners, renters and small property teams who are planning work on a real room. Each guide states what the work involves, what it costs in a stated currency and period, what is excluded, and which decisions need a qualified professional. Cost pages describe an illustrative model with its baseline, location adjustment and rounding; they are not quotes.
We do not accept payment for a favourable review, a ranking position or a comparison result. Where an article mentions a product, a directory or a professional, the relationship is stated in the text. Affiliate links are not inserted into editorial copy. Sponsored content, if it ever runs, is labelled as sponsored and kept outside the guide library.
AI tools are used to draft and edit. A person reviews the published page, the numbers and the links before release. The AI assistants inside the product generate concepts from the material a customer supplies; their output is a design concept, not a measured drawing, a structural calculation or a professional opinion.
Corrections policy
Send a correction to hello@roomrenovation.ai with the page address, the sentence that is wrong and the source you are relying on. We check the page against its cited material and the current product configuration. When the record is wrong we correct the page and note the change; when the record is right we explain the reasoning in the reply.
Prices, plan allowances and product limits are corrected as soon as the billing configuration changes. A correction is never used to remove a price from a page: if a price changes, the new price is published with the date it took effect.
Fees, plans and refunds
Every public price is shown on the pricing page before an account is asked to pay: Starter at US$15, Growth at US$30, Pro at US$60 and Studio at US$120 a month, top-ups at US$25, US$60 and US$150, and the Renovation Brief at US$9 paid once. Prices are charged in USD. The monthly plan is a subscription and renews automatically until cancelled.
Cancel renewal from the account and keep access until the end of the paid period. If a generation fails, the usage reserved for it is returned. Website payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout; iOS purchases are handled by Apple, and Apple's refund policy applies to those purchases. For a duplicate charge, a failed fulfilment or a billing error, write to support@roomrenovation.ai with the receipt identifier. We correct duplicate or erroneous charges; we do not promise a refund outside the terms shown at checkout or the rights that apply in your country.
Consulting and project reviews are separate from the subscription. They begin only after a written scope, price and terms are accepted. Sending an enquiry does not create a charge or a professional engagement.
Privacy and cookies
The privacy policy lists the information the service processes, why it is processed, the providers involved and the retention periods. The terms set out the account, content, billing and acceptable-use conditions. The cookie bar records analytics, marketing and functionality choices with the version of this notice and the time you saved it; you can reopen it from the footer link on any page.
