Room Renovation AI is operated by Code Austral LLC (“Room Renovation AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use roomrenovation.ai or the Room Renovation AI app.
Information we process
- Account information: email address, display name, internal account identifier, authentication sessions, and account preferences.
- Room content: photos you choose to upload, design selections, prompts, generated renovation images, and project history.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, and credit balance. Apple processes payment details for purchases made in the iOS app; we do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
- Support and operational information: messages you send us, network and error events, device/app version, and privacy-safe diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, generate requested renovation concepts, maintain projects and credits, verify purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, diagnose failures, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Room Renovation AI content for cross-app advertising.
Service providers
We disclose information only as needed to providers that host the service, process images and AI generation requests, deliver storage and network infrastructure, verify App Store transactions, process website payments, or help us secure and support the product. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to us and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Retention
We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service. Mobile authentication sessions expire after 90 days unless renewed or revoked sooner. Operational logs and diagnostics are retained for limited periods. We may retain transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records where required. On-device project history remains on your device until you delete it, delete your account through the app, or remove the app.
Your choices and rights
You can delete individual local projects in the app. You can permanently delete your Room Renovation AI account and associated server-side project data from Account > Delete Account and Data. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Apple Account subscription settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, protected credential storage, authenticated service access, and server-side purchase verification. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
International processing
Room Renovation AI and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date.
