Request a review of your renovation project
This is an email request, not an instant booking. Send the scope and we will tell you whether a review fits, what it covers and what it costs. Availability depends on the location and the trade involved.
What to send
- Your name, city and the best email address for a reply.
- The rooms and the work you are considering, in one or two paragraphs.
- The measurements you have already checked, if you have them.
- The stage you are at: ideas, measurements, quotes, or work already started.
- Your indicative budget and the currency it is stated in.
- Any proposal you want compared, with its exclusions and validity date.
Write to hello@roomrenovation.ai. Put “Project review” in the subject line. Attach a plan or a photograph only if it helps explain the scope; do not send identity documents, payment details or anything you do not need us to read.
What happens next
We read the scope and reply by email. If a review is suitable, you receive a written proposal with the work, the deliverable, the price, the currency and the terms. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you accept that proposal in writing. If a review is not suitable, we say so and point you to the relevant guide or to the planner.
An enquiry does not book a professional, does not reserve a date and does not replace a site inspection. Structural, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, party-wall and permit decisions need a qualified local professional.
