Refund Policy

RoomRenovation.AI sells digital render credits and monthly render plans. We want the purchase flow to be clear and recoverable if something goes wrong.
App Store Purchases
Purchases made in the iOS or iPadOS app are processed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. You can restore eligible purchases in the app from the credits screen.
Web Purchases
Subscription plans carry a 14-day money-back guarantee: contact [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund. Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no credits have been used; once credits are spent on renders, the pack becomes non-refundable.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly renders do not roll over; credits bought as packs remain yours and never expire.
Failed Delivery
If a purchase succeeds but credits do not appear, use Restore Purchases in the app or contact support. Include your account email and the approximate purchase time so we can reconcile the transaction.
