RoomRenovation.AI is operated by CodeAustral LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI room renovation service. By using this site you agree to these practices.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (email address when creating an account, uploaded room photos for AI rendering, generated renovation history, and purchase history) and information collected automatically (browser type, pages visited, IP address, device identifiers, diagnostics, and usage analytics via Umami, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity where enabled).

How We Use Your Information

• Process and deliver your AI room renders
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, render notifications)
• Improve service quality and fix bugs
• Prevent fraud and abuse

Uploaded Images

Photos you upload are used to generate your AI renders and show your saved before/after history. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models or sell them. To deliver the service, uploaded images are processed by third-party AI image-generation providers under their data-processing terms, and may be stored while they remain saved in your account.

Payments

In the iOS and iPadOS app, render credits and plans are processed through Apple in-app purchase. On the web, payments may be processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Apple and Stripe privacy policies apply to payment data they process.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and site functionality, plus analytics tools such as Umami, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage, improve onboarding, and diagnose problems. You can disable nonessential analytics through browser or device settings without affecting core functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform, including AI/image processing providers, hosting providers, Apple or Stripe for payments, email delivery, and analytics providers. Providers are required to protect the data they process for us.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time inside the app from Dashboard > Account > Delete Account. This removes your account profile, uploaded room photos, saved generated renovations, and render credit balance. Some external billing records may be retained where required for tax, refunds, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and legal compliance.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can initiate account deletion directly in the app, or contact us at [email protected] for privacy requests that need additional help. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us for immediate removal.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
